Finally we are building our own House!! Eventhough small ( due to the land size ) a place to call our own house where we can live, rest and go back to. Its a joint housing Loan with hubby dear.
The contractor began pegging today for the boundary line of the house and the piling area. we have been designing ( our own design ) our home since April this year and by July we finalized our design. The contractor did all the rest of the works including hiring architect, approval from govt. dept and also paying land tax ( which we forgot to pay ).
After all the govt dept approval, next process are our approval of Govt housing Loan. This will take 2 months max to approve. As of now our application is still with our Dept and the last time i check they say its in process...and they required our copy of IC and latest slip gaji.
